Order Cancellation

At Naqshbu, we strive to process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Prepaid Orders Refund

• If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Naqshbu Rights

• Naqshbu reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund (if paid) will be initiated.
