At Naqshbu, we are committed to delivering premium-quality natural and herbal products. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of personal care, herbal, and hygiene products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
However, a return or replacement may be accepted in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is missing from the order
- Package received in leaked or defective condition
No Return After Opening
Products once opened, used, or unsealed are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Please check the package carefully before opening. If there is any issue (damage, leakage, wrong item, missing item), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos/videos of the package and product for verification.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or unsealed products (No Return After Opening)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Slight variations in color, fragrance, or texture, as natural/herbal products may vary batch to batch
Refund Policy
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Replacement Policy
- In eligible cases, Naqshbu may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
