  • All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible across India.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp (if available).
  • Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes and eligible orders.
  • Naqshbu reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations or suspicious orders.

Delivery Delays

While we try our best for timely delivery, delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or high order volume
  • Courier partner delays
  • Remote location service issues

Naqshbu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid phone number.
  • If an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt causes return of shipment, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • A leaked product
  • A missing item
  • Wrong product delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for assistance.

Currently, Naqshbu ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
